Right of withdrawal

This information applies to consumers, that is, natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kim Daniel Geisthardt, Kim Daniel Geisthardt Web Development, Dörffelstraße 12, 08527 Plauen, Germany, email: support@envbay.com, phone: +49 3741 4685939) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Early start of the service

At your request we provision your instance immediately after the order, that is, before the withdrawal period has expired. For this we ask you in the order process for your express consent to the early start of the service and for your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. For an ongoing contract the right of withdrawal does not lapse merely because the service has started; in that case, if you withdraw, you pay the proportionate amount described above for the service provided up to that point.
